We get it - shopping online can be tricky to get the sizing and fit right. We offer 100% refund/exchange service on all full priced purchases. If you receive a garment and you are not happy with the fit you can return it to us within 7 days and we will refund you. The garment must be in original condition (unworn) with tags and packaging. On the rare occasion, we might decline a refund if the garment has not arrived in its original condition.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to sale items so please choose carefully.
All approved Returns will be swapped for Store Credit of equivalent value.
Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days after purchase. Before sending your garment back to us hit us up at email@example.com with your order number and a short explanation why you would like to exchange/return. PLEASE use RETURNS in your subject line.
The return shipping cost to WE ARE for an exchange or refund will be covered by the customer.
The garments are the customers' responsibility until they reach us, We highly recommend using a registered post service and keep a good record of the tracking details.
Returns / exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. WE ARE offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased should you choose to return your full-priced order for a refund, WE ARE will retain any original shipping costs incurred. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
PROCESSING EXCHANGE / REFUNDS
You are important to us and we try and process returns as quickly as possible.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days once we have received the returned garment.
If you're returning, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 5 working days.
We do aim to send our orders out ASAP to get to you, however, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, our returns policy will apply if your order has already been shipped.
WE ARE has no control over any customs taxes that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges that may occur to your parcel on arrival - this is the responsibility of the customer. WE ARE Limited does not hold any responsibility for this.
WE ARE holds your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Your information is stored behind a 'firewall' to prevent breaches of privacy. Credit card details are processed via
a secure browser.
We do not store your credit card details.
